I'm taking sewing classes. And I'm trying to come up with examples of things we do where the gender divide has gotten worse, not better.
I think 100 years ago it would not have been as uncommon for a man to be interested in sewing. Of course, men are "tailors" whilst women are "semstresses" -- they're not even some diminutive form of "tailor." Because, you know, everything is awful.
But what else? Dancing? I think we used to see more men interested in dance.
